Our pricing includes wait staff, dishwashing, plates, standard flatware wrapped in paper napkins, chafing equipment, banquet platters, and all necessary serving tools. Additional rentals or upgrades are available upon request.
Yes! We offer event hosting at The Copper Lantern, our warm and welcoming venue perfect for weddings. Available starting December 2025.
Please note that while we take every precaution we can not guarantee an allergen free environment due to the risk of cross contamination. With that being said, we do offer many items that are able to accomodate guests with dietary restrictions.
Yes, we offer both buffet and plated service styles. Each of our menus outlines which service style will be provided. Please note that plated service may not be available at all venues due to logistical limitations.
Yes, we host group tastings semi-annually. Depending on your wedding date, you may be able to attend. While we don’t offer private tastings, couples can request to join our email list to be notified of upcoming tasting events.
Our minimum spend is $2,000 for dinner service and $1,200 for appetizer-only events within Saskatoon city limits.
Yes, absolutely! We offer flexible options for off-site catering, or you can host your event at The Copper Lantern—pending availability.
Yes, events held outside of Saskatoon require a minimum spend of $7,500 and are subject to mileage fees. These fees vary based on distance and will be confirmed during the booking process.
