The best way is to use our online order form—it helps us ensure we have all the details needed to follow up quickly and confirm your booking.
We ask that all catering orders be placed with at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure availability and proper preparation. Orders with a shorter lead time we ask that clients give us a call to discuss details at 306-933-3044.
Minimum group size depends on the items ordered, for this information please refer to the menus provided below.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the final invoice will be charged.
We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but adjustments requested with less than 24 hours notice cannot be guaranteed.
Our standard packaging is family-style, including compostable plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils; ideal for group sharing and buffet-style setups.
Individually packaged meals are also available upon request for an additional fee—perfect for meetings or events that require single-serve portions.
Please note that we take every precaution however we can not guarantee an allergen free environment due to the risk of cross contamination. With that being said, we do offer many items that are able to accomodate guests with dietary restrictions. Advance notice required.
Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Deliveries outside of these hours may be accommodated with advance notice and may be subject to additional fees.
We service the entire Saskatoon area with reasonable delivery fees. Locations outside of Saskatoon can also be accommodated, depending on availability, and will be subject to additional charges.
If you’re looking for a more formal setup, we do offer rentals of hot-holding chafers, ceramic plates, and stainless steel cutlery for an additional fee. Advance notice is required for this upgrade.
We offer flexible payment options including cash, all major credit cards, and e-transfer. For corporate clients, direct billing or payment cheque can also be arranged.
